82.4). Meu plano de saúde aceita estudar cobertura ou auxílio
para aquisição e aplicação do medicamento,
desde que se lhe apresente justificativa contendo indicações
técnicas do botox, assim como literatura confirmando a eficácia
do tratamento.

Caro Pedro,
levantei para você
a seguinte literatura científica a respeito do uso da terapia por
toxina botulínica em pacientes com quadro espástico. O tratamento
ainda não é bem estabelecido, mas existem evidências
que ajuda a dominar a espasticidade.
